What an agent is, in plain words
Think of a new staff member who only ever does one job. You show them once, write the steps down, and from then on they do it every time without being asked: read the enquiry, draft the reply, put it in your drafts folder. That is an agent. The difference from “just using ChatGPT” is that nobody has to sit there typing prompts; the job happens on its own and you see the result.
Most owners have three or four of these jobs in their head already. We help you pick the first one, build it on the platform you already pay for, and leave you with a written playbook so the next one is easier.
Honest about agents: an agent is only as good as the one job it is given. We build one job at a time, test it on real low-risk work, and put a person between the agent and your customers. We do not sell “an AI that runs your business”.

Grok bots
xAI’s Grok, set up as single-job bots. This is what we run our own business on every day, so it is the one we know best.
HyperAgent
A cloud platform from Airtable’s founder for setting up and running teams of AI agents. In early access at the time of writing; we can build on it where you have access.
OpenClaw
An open-source assistant that runs on your own machine and works from WhatsApp, Telegram or any chat app. Good when you want the agent on your hardware, not someone’s cloud.
ChatGPT Operator
OpenAI’s agent that uses a web browser to do tasks on websites for you. Good for jobs that live inside other people’s portals.
Claude
Anthropic’s model and tools. We use Claude for the written systems behind every build, and can build on it directly.

Reads every new enquiry, pulls out what they want and when, and drafts the reply in your voice for you to send.
The invoice chaser
Checks what is unpaid on the schedule you set, drafts the reminder in the right tone, and logs who was chased.
Voice note to quote
You talk a quote into your phone on the way back to the van; the agent turns it into a written quote for you to check and send.

Watches the inbox, files what is finished, and leaves you a short list of what actually needs you.

One agent that holds your to-do list, drafts your replies and chases what is owed. We run one ourselves every day; it is where this service came from.

Two ways to have it
We build the first one beside you
On your account, with you watching. You leave able to build the next agent yourself, with a written playbook and a recording of how it was done. Best if you like tinkering and want to own the skill.
We build the set and hand it over
We build the agents, test them on real low-risk work, and hand over plain-English instructions. We can run them for you month to month on a Run plan, with no lock-in. Best if you want it working and do not want to think about it.
How it works
- Free call. We agree the one job to automate first, the platform, and what “done” looks like.
- Fixed quote. You get a written scope and price before any work starts.
- Build on your account. The agent lives with you, not with us.
- Test on real work. Low-risk jobs first, with a person checking every output.
- Handover. A written playbook, and either you run it (teach you) or we do (done for you).

Quoted on the free call
Every build is scoped to one job first, so the price depends on the job and the platform. You see the number before anything starts. Keeping it running afterwards is the Run plan: NZ$790 a month ex GST, month to month, no lock-in.

Start with the one that eats your evenings
Enquiries, invoices, quotes, paperwork. If you cannot pick, tell us on the call what you did last Tuesday night and we will pick with you.
What we need from you
- The job you want done, in your words. One job.
- The platform you want it on, or “you choose”.
- Read access to the examples: past enquiries, invoices, notes. Never your passwords or bank details.
- Someone who will check the first week’s output. Usually you.
Common questions
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build on the platform you already use or prefer: Grok, HyperAgent, OpenClaw, ChatGPT Operator or Claude. If you have none, we will say which fits your job and you pay that vendor directly; we do not resell software.
Who owns the agent?
You do. It is built on your account, with a written playbook you keep. If you leave, it keeps running without us.
What does an agent cost?
It is quoted on the free call, after we agree the one job to automate first. Teach-you builds are smaller than done-for-you builds. We do not quote without seeing the job.
Can the agent send things to my customers by itself?
Not unless you decide it should, for a low-risk step you name. By default anything client-facing is drafted for a person to review and send. A person approves every action.
What happens if it breaks?
If we taught you, you fix it with the playbook, or ask us. If we built it, the Run plan covers monitoring and fixes month to month, with no lock-in.
Is my data safe?
You decide what each agent can see, and you can revoke access at any time. We never ask for passwords, payment-processor keys or bank logins.
