Half a day. Your team leaves with AI set up for their actual jobs.
Not a lecture about AI. A working session where each person sets up one thing that saves them time this week, on the tools they already have, and leaves with a one-page how-to. In person in Hamilton and the Waikato, or online anywhere in New Zealand. Quoted on the free call.
Why we run this
Most teams have AI sitting in the tools they already pay for and nobody has shown them how to use it for their real work. So one person tinkers, three are nervous, and the owner reads about it at night. We were that owner. We were overwhelmed by how fast AI was moving, so we locked ourselves in a room every night for three months after work to figure it out. This is the half-day we wish someone had run for us.
Honest about training: a workshop nobody uses afterwards is a waste of a day. That is why every person builds one real thing on the day and leaves with a one-pager, and why we check in 30 days later to see what stuck.
What happens
- Before. A short questionnaire: each person tells us the three jobs that eat their week and which tools they have access to.
- On the day, first ten minutes. What AI is good at, what it is bad at, and the rules we follow so nobody puts customer data somewhere it should not go.
- Then everyone builds. One thing each, on their own account, for their own job: a reply drafter, a meeting summariser, a quote template, a stock checker. We move between people.
- Show and tell. Each person shows what they built in two minutes. The team sees what is possible from someone who sits next to them.
- Leave with a one-pager each. Plain words: when to use it, the steps, what done looks like. Together they are your playbook.
- Thirty days later. A check-in: what stuck, what did not, what to build next.
Who it is for
Owner-led teams of two to twenty
Clinics, trades, agencies, property, finance, retail. If your people answer enquiries, write quotes, chase paperwork or summarise meetings, there is something to build.
Teams that have the tools and not the habit
You already pay for software with AI in it. Nobody has set it up for the actual job. That is the gap this fills.
Teams that are nervous
The rules come first, in plain words, so people know what is safe to try. Nervous teams tend to leave as the keenest.
Groups and networks
Franchise, accounting and hotel groups can run it across every member under one agreement.
The rules everyone learns on the day
- Never put a customer’s private details into a tool unless you know where that data goes and you are allowed to.
- AI drafts; a person checks; anything that goes to a customer is read by a human first.
- Anything made by AI that a customer sees is labelled as AI.
- If it is professional advice, a qualified person makes the call. AI helps them find and draft; it does not decide.

By team size and whether it is in person or online. You see the number before you book a date. Includes the questionnaire, the half-day, the one-pagers and the 30-day check-in.
Write “Teach your team” and how many people in the note box.
We can build it for you
If nobody on the team has the time, we build the agents and hand them over. See agent builds. Some teams do both: we build the first, then teach them the second.
Common questions
Who is it for?
Owner-led businesses with two to twenty people who have access to AI tools and have never been shown how to use them for their actual jobs. Clinics, trades, agencies, property, finance, retail.
Do we need to buy anything first?
No. We work with what your people already have access to: the AI built into the tools you pay for, plus free tiers. If something paid would help, we say so and you decide; we do not resell software.
How long is it?
Half a day in the room, with a short questionnaire before and a 30-day check-in after. Longer formats are possible if you have more than one team.
What does each person leave with?
One thing they built on the day that works for their job, and a one-page how-to in plain words. The one-pagers become your team's playbook.
Is it a lecture?
No. Ten minutes of context, then everyone builds. Nobody leaves with a slide deck and nothing set up.
How much does it cost?
Quoted on the free call, by team size and whether it is in person or online. You see the number before you book a date.
