You choose at the start whether we post changes and show you, or you approve each report before anything is implemented.
Honest about search: nobody can guarantee that Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews will rank or name you, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can do is make you a clear, credible answer, change one real thing every fortnight, and show you what moved. AI helps us draft; a person reviews; you decide.

The report opens with what we changed last time and what it did, in your own Search Console and analytics numbers. You see the value straight away, or you see that it didn’t move and why.

A content change
One real change on your site every two weeks: a page that answers a customer question properly, a product or service description that says what you actually do, a local page, a Google Business Profile fix, or structured data brought into line with the page.
AI answer checks
We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews the questions your customers ask, on a fixed list, and log who gets named — so you can see change over time, not just one snapshot.
Your own facts
Search Console and analytics are connected in the first week. Every number in every report is yours, from your accounts, not a screenshot of ours.
Approval your way
Connected: we post approved content changes directly and show them in the report. Approve-first: you sign off each report before anything is implemented. Switch any time.
What stays with you
You remain the owner of your site, your store and your customers. Nothing on your site, store, ads or customer messages changes outside what you’ve said yes to. You pick connected or approve-first at the start, and you can change your mind. Access and safety
- In connected mode we work through access scoped to the content we change, on your site or store.
- We never ask for, and do not accept, payment-processor secret keys or bank credentials.

What is a Growth operator?
A Growth operator is a monthly service that does the search work for you. Every two weeks you get a report on how your business shows up on Google and in AI answers, and a content change goes onto your site. Do you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?
No. Nobody can guarantee that Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews will rank or name you, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is make your business a clear, credible answer to the questions your customers ask, change one real thing every fortnight, and show you what moved.
What is the difference between a Growth operator and a Shopify operator?
Same price, different job. A Growth operator works on being found: your pages, your answers, your Google Business Profile, your structured data, and what AI assistants say about you. A Shopify operator works on running the store: catalogue, feeds, inventory, orders and Xero hygiene, week by week. You can hold one or both.
What happens in the first two weeks?
We connect your Search Console and analytics so the facts in every report are yours, not ours, and we turn the free search report into the first fortnight report with the first content change. From then on it is every two weeks: a review of what the last change did, the report, and the next change.
Do you need access to my site?
Only if you choose connected mode, where we post approved content changes directly and show them in the report. If you prefer approve-first, you approve each report before anything is implemented and we can hand you the change to publish yourself. Either way, access is scoped to the work and you can revoke it at any time.
How much does it cost?
